Did you know that we also apply matching gifts to help you get more perks? If your employer matches gifts, your donation to non-profit organizations like FAL can be doubled or tripled. Many organizations also match volunteer hours! 

How does the process work?

  • An employee makes the initial donation: The first step is always your initial donation. There can be no matching gift without an initial gift to match!
  • Employee submits matching gift request: this is the most crucial step.
  • Employer checks donation eligibility.
  • Employer verifies donation.
  • The organization collects the matching gift.

What can you do next?

Don’t know if your employer has a matching gifts program? Check in with your Human Resources director and they will be able to assist. FAL lists many programs on our website here.
